DESCRIPTION:Tomás CALVO MARTÍNEZ\, Universidad Complutense de Madrid\, Espagne \nLa communication concernera la manière dont la notion de mesure acquiert chez Aristote la connotation de normativité. Le terme de to metrion semble comporter une valeur positive\, celle de l’approbation. To metrion en vient donc à apparaître comme symétrie\, rapport\, proportion (summetron) en tant qu’il coïncide avec la mesure\, en tant qu’il est intermédiaire (to meson)\, puisqu’il se situe entre l’excès et le défaut\, et\, finalement\, il en vient à se donner comme l’égal (to ison) en tant qu’il n’est ni plus ni moins que la quantité en tant qu’elle prise comme mesure\, critère et canon. La communication analysera ces notions en s’appuyant sur l’usage qu’en fait Aristote tout particulièrement dans les contextes éthiques et politiques. \nContact : michele.corradi@univ-amu.fr \n
